1. Eligibility for Refunds To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including sale items, custom orders, and perishable goods. Please refer to the product description for eligibility details.

2. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: To begin the refund process, please contact our customer support team at info@mar-innov.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  • Return Shipping: You may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

3. Refund Method

6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mar-innov.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order is in transit, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
